Where do I start?
Browse Men, Women or the complete shop. Open a product to check its description, photographs, available size choices and price before adding it to your bag.
How should I choose a size?
Use the size choices and fit information for that particular product. A size label can fit differently across brands and styles. The fit notes below explain what to compare; contact us before ordering if a measurement or size detail you need is missing.
Where can I find fabric and care information?
Check the product description for the material and care details supplied for that item. Follow the care label on the garment when washing, drying or ironing. Do not assume that every piece in the same category has the same fabric or care instructions.
Will the colour look exactly like the photographs?
Lighting and screen settings can change how a colour appears. Read the listed colour and view the available photographs together. If a particular shade is important to you, ask about that item before ordering.
Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
Delivery is within India only. Standard shipping is ₹79 when the order subtotal after discounts is below ₹999, and free when that subtotal is ₹999 or more. Shipping fees do not count towards the threshold. Read Shipping & delivery for the full information.
How soon will my order arrive?
Delivery arrangements depend on the order and destination. Any estimate supplied is indicative. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering with the delivery PIN code and product details.
Which payment option should I use?
Use an option displayed as available at checkout, and check the final total before confirming. If no usable payment option is shown or a payment issue prevents checkout, contact us for help. Never share a payment PIN, password or OTP with support.
How do I check an existing order?
Visit Track an order with the order number and billing email used for the purchase. If the order is linked to an account, you can also check My account. A carrier tracking link, where supplied, provides parcel updates.
Can I change, cancel, return or exchange an item?
Contact us promptly with the order number, item and request. The available next steps depend on the order stage and the circumstances. Keep the item, tags and packaging together, and obtain instructions before posting anything. See Returns & cancellations.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Keep the packaging and have clear photographs of the item, label and parcel ready. Contact us with the order number and a description of the problem so the appropriate next steps can be explained. The returns page describes the support process.
How do I raise an unresolved concern?

Find your fit
Start with the individual product and the brand’s sizing information, where available. There is no single measurement chart that applies to every item in this shop.
- Read the product details. Look at the available sizes, stated fit, garment length and fabric information before choosing.
- Compare like with like. Where garment measurements are supplied, compare them with a similar piece you own, laid flat without stretching it. Body measurements and garment measurements describe different things.
- Check the relevant areas. For tops, consider the chest or bust, shoulders and length where those details are given. For trousers, consider waist, hip, rise and inseam where available.
- Allow for your preferred fit. Cut, fabric and how much room you prefer all matter. A familiar label such as M or L does not guarantee the same fit in another style.
