About this store
Urban Chic at urbanchicshop.net is operated by URBAN CHIC INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED. The company details and telephone number appear below. These terms should be read with our shipping information, returns process and privacy notice.
Choosing a product
Read the description, size or other selected options and the displayed price before checking out. Colours can look different on different screens. Product and brand names identify the goods; they do not, by themselves, mean that the brand owns or operates this store.
Placing an order
Use accurate contact and delivery information, review the order summary and retain your confirmation. Fulfilment depends on product availability and successful order processing. If an issue affects an order, we will use the details provided to contact you. Tell us promptly if you notice an error.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Review the final payable amount, any delivery charge and the payment choices actually available at checkout. Ask us to clarify an unclear price or product detail before submitting the order. Use the payment process presented by the store; do not provide payment passwords, PINs or OTPs to customer support.
Delivery and after-sales help
Our Shipping & delivery and Returns & cancellations pages explain how to raise delivery, cancellation, return, exchange and refund enquiries. Quote the order number when contacting us.
Using the website
Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to enter another person’s account or submit fraudulent orders. Keep your account credentials private. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Privacy and concerns
Read Privacy for how information is used in connection with the store. Contact the company if you have an unresolved order or website concern. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that apply by law.
